VSAM Technologies, based in London, specializes in IT consulting and cloud services. Seeking a fresh identity, the company wanted to update its branding and create a corporate website. Their site should showcase detailed information about their services, success stories, and corporate ethos in a modern and professional style.
The Problem
Designing a corporate website for VSAM Technologies posed challenges in effectively structuring and presenting extensive information, optimizing site navigation and user flow, and ensuring responsiveness across various devices due to the absence of a prior corporate site.
User Insights
Users navigating IT consultuncy corporate websites often encounter challenges with information overload, confusing navigation, and poor responsiveness on mobile devices. They seek better content organization, clarity in communication about services , and improved site speed for a seamless browsing experience.
The Solution
I designed a responsive website that prioritizes user experience through streamlined navigation and carefully curated, well-structured content. The navigation system is intuitive and user-friendly, allowing visitors to easily find the information they need without getting lost in complex menus or overwhelming content. Additionally, the content is presented in a clear and organized manner, with concise yet informative language.
Service Segmentation & Toggle Navigation
To enhance clarity and user experience, I divided the consultancy services and cloud services onto separate pages. This separation allows visitors to focus on specific services without distractions. I implemented a convenient toggle on the services page, enabling seamless navigation between these two sections with just a click.
Service-Centric Content Organisation
I organised content into separate sections, each detailing a specific service's purpose, the company's capabilities, and client benefits. This ensures clarity and aids client understanding of the company’s offerings and their business impact.
Enhanced Navigation and Content Accessibility
I introduced a "Show More/Show Less" feature for collapsible content sections and a "Go Back to Top" button for smoother navigation on the website. These additions enhance user experience by simplifying content access and improving ease of navigation.
Multi-Channel Contact Accessibility
I created a versatile contact page that offers multiple methods for users to reach out to the company. This includes options such as email, phone, and a convenient contact form. This solution provides users with flexibility and ensures that they can choose the communication method that best suits their needs and preferences.
